Can I cancel my order?

How long will it take to get my order?
Total time to get your order is 7-10 business days, not counting holidays.
SHIPPING
What is your shipping policy?
Embroidering is 1-5 business days. Shipping is 2-5 business days. Holidays are excluded.
- Shipping is from Florida to within the United States.
- Shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.
- Packages going to certain places (including Alaska and Hawaii) may deliver slower.
Free shipping on orders $50 and up is automatically applied at checkout.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please confirm your address and all information before submitting your order at checkout. If you gave the wrong information at checkout, please send us a note as soon as possible so that we can update your order.
RETURNS
What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, final sale items are ineligible for returns. Final sale items include personalized items.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After your return request is approved, you will get an email with shipping instructions and a pre-paid shipping label. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed, or be subject to no refund.
We refund to store credit only. Once we get your item back in original condition, store credit is instantly issued. Your account and payment options will list your store credit balance. You can use your store credit on any item in the shop. Store credit never expires.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with them! If you received a damaged or defective item, please send us a note so we can fix ASAP!
